Virga is a feature-length nonfiction film set in Wyoming's high-altitude Red Desert, a vast arid landscape where deep time and history shapes the ecosystem and everyday life. A filmic form of relational, ecological thinking, the film engages the complexities of this working landscape and asserts the value, visibility, and aliveness of threatened public lands.
